Superland Group Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the provision of fitting-out services. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Fitting-out Services segment is mainly engaged in ceiling, flooring, wall, lighting, glass, metal, wood, stone and plastering works conducted on new buildings and property projects. The Segment also source and install doors, furniture and accessories tailor-made according to the specifications of customers. The Repair and Maintenance Services segment is mainly engaged in the upgrade, restoration and improvement, and repair, replacement or installation of interior decorative parts conducted on existing premises.
