Jayshree Radheshyam Sharma made an offer to acquire 26% stake in Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Limited (BSE:506863) for INR 5.6 million on February 21, 2024. Under the terms, 2.8 million shares will be acquired for INR 2 per share. The offer will open on April 22, 2024 and close on May 6, 2024.
Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited acted as manager to the offer while Link Intime India Private Limited acted as registrar for Jayshree Radheshyam Sharma.
