Termination of American Depositary Receipts Programme

Swire Properties Limited (the "Company") is terminating its American Depositary Receipts ("ADR") Level 1 Programme ("Programme") on 5th September 2019. Notice of termination has been sent to the sponsor of the Programme, The Bank of New York Mellon ("BNY Mellon"), in accordance with the terms of the deposit agreement entered into between the Company and BNY Mellon. The Programme provided an opportunity for shares of the Company to be traded in the over-the-counter market in the United States. However, participation in the Programme is low and declining. Outstanding ADRs represent only approximately 0.000003% of the Company's total issued shares. BNY Mellon will contact the ADR holders directly with regard to the procedures and consequences of termination of the Programme.
