Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. Appoints Charles M. Brown to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee

Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. announced that Charles M. Brown has joined the SES Board of Directors. Mr. Brown was most recently President, chief executive officer and a board member of Flow International Corporation, from 2007 until its sale in 2014. Brown will also serve on the audit committee of the board.

He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Waterjet Holdings, Inc.
