Ta Ya Energy STORAGE Technology CO., Ltd announced a private placement of 180,000,000 common shares at an issue price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 1,800,000,000 on March 5, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. for 180,000,000 shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd.
