FURTHER UPDATE ON THE DECISION OF

THE STOCK EXCHANGE ON RULE 13.24

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 21 September 2020, 23 September 2020, 24 December 2020, 8 February 2021 and 23 April 2021 and the circular of the Company dated 26 March 2021 ("Circular") in relation to, among others, the Decision and the Review. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

Upon the completion of the Acquisitions on 23 April 2021, the Company has satisfied the requirements under Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules. Further to the Completion, the Company has submitted a request to the Listing Committee (as defined in the Listing Rules) to withdraw the Review to be conducted by the Listing Committee in relation to the Decision and to vacate the relevant review hearing. On the day of this announcement, the Company has received a letter from the Listing Committee notifying the Company that the review hearing has been vacated.
