Taihan wins contract for Bangladesh ICT education and training center construction project

Taihan won the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Education and Training Center Project ordered by Bangladesh Bureau of Educational Information and Statistics (BANBEIS) under the Bangladesh Ministry of Education. This large-scale project, worth $60 million, will establish ICT education and training centers in 160 Upazilas, which are corresponding to Korea's administrative district Eup.

This is an Official Development Assistance (ODA) project in which the Export-Import Bank of Korea's External Economic Cooperation Fund (EDCF) is invested for digitization and IT reinforcement of Bangladesh. By winning this project, which accounts for one-third of entire project, Taihan is highly likely to win orders for the remaining 204 areas subject to future projects.
