Notice Regarding Application for Selection of the "Prime Market" under the New Market Segments
On July 9, 2021, Taikisha Ltd. (the "Company") received the notice from Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. on the results of the initial assessment of its compliance with the Listing Maintenance Criteria for the New Market Segments, which is scheduled to be established on April 4, 2022, and confirmed that the Company is in compliance with the Listing Maintenance Criteria for the "Prime Market" under the New Market Segments.
Based on this result, the Company announces that it has resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on September 28, 2021, to select the "Prime Market" to which the Company will belong, and has submitted an application to Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. today.
