1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/01/05
2.Circumstances of the violation:the fact that, in addition to commissions
and expenses set out in the contract, TSB has been collecting money in the
name of other expense items from certain insurers which violates Article
49, subparagraph 12 of the Regulations Governing Insurance Agents.
3.Monetary amount of fines:NTD3,000,000
4.Status of the injunction by the respective competent authority:Subject to
Article 167-2 of the Insurance Act, TSB received a fine of NTD3,000,000,
and is required to rectify the irregularities within one month.
5.Intended improvement measures:The related measures has been formulated
and will be taken accordingly.
