Taitien Electronics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 449.519 million compared to TWD 464.528 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 14,000 compared to TWD 18.974 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 8.630 million compared to net income of TWD 20.938 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.12 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.29 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,182.757 million compared to TWD 1,151.115 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 4.825 million compared to operating loss of TWD 5.517 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 7.702 million compared to net income of TWD 6.206 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.11 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.08 a year ago.
TAITIEN ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of quartz oscillators and crystal units. The Company's products include crystal units, service mounted device (SMD) crystals, oscillators, SMD oscillators, temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs), voltage control crystal oscillators (VCXOs), oven controlled crystal oscillators (OCXOs), quartz wafers and blanks, tuning fork crystals, sensor crystals, global positioning system (GPS) clocks, stress compensated (SC)-cut crystal oscillators and testing and production equipment. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
