Taiwan Hon Chuan Enterprise Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 5,578.738 million compared to TWD 5,972.460 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 664.712 million compared to TWD 467.145 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.31 compared to TWD 1.6 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.31 compared to TWD 1.59 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 15,311.241 million compared to TWD 17,132.415 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,466.906 million compared to TWD 1,217.721 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 5.06 compared to TWD 4.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 5.04 compared to TWD 4.15 a year ago.
Taiwan Hon Chuan Enterprise Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging materials for beverage industry. The main products include bottle cap products such as aluminum, plastic and lug bottle caps, as well as labels, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, mineral water bottles, sterile bottles, filter heads, filter paper products and heat shrinkable packaging films. The Company is also engaged in the beverage filling business and the original equipment manufacturer business. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
