the number of shares outstanding is 35,000,000 shares, The net worth
per share is NT$19.2374.
(2)The amount of paid-in capital after capital reduction is NT$150,000,000
the number of shares outstanding is 15,000,000 shares, The net worth
per share is NT$31.5539.
(3)The net worth per share listed above is based on the 2021 financial
report audited by accountants.
