Surrey Hills Holdings announced that it has entered into a share subscription agreement with Taka Jewellery Holdings Limited for private placement of 1,300,000 common shares at a price of SGD 1.384 per share for gross proceeds of SGD 1,800,000 on August 18, 2022.
