Tamboran holds a 38.75% interest in Beetaloo Sub-basin permits EPs 76, 98 and 117 via its 50% interest in the Tamboran B2 (TB2) Joint Venture with Daly Waters Energy, LP. It holds 25% interest in Beetaloo Sub-basin permit EP 161. The permit covers approximately 540,000 prospective acres. EP 161 hosts Mid Velkerri B Shale at approximately 3,300 meters. The Company holds 100% interest in Beetaloo Sub-basin permit EP 136. The permit covers 212,000 prospective acreages.
