Tambourah Metals executive chairperson Rita Brooks joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news about the company's agreement with Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile (SQM), a Chilean lithium producer. Tambourah Metals has granted SQM an exploration earn-in opportunity across six of its Julimar Nth projects in Western Australia.

Brooks informed Proactive that SQM has been given the right to earn an initial 50% interest, with the potential to acquire up to 70% of all mineral rights at the Julimar Nth project. This will be achieved through sole funding of a minimum of A$1.5 million and up to A$3 million for exploration and development activities.

Brooks also highlighted SQM's status as one of the world's leading lithium producers, with significant assets in Australia. SQM holds a 50% joint venture interest in the Mt. Holland Lithium Project, along with other lithium-related investments and early-stage exploration activities.

The agreement with SQM represents a significant development for Tambourah Metals, as it brings a well-established lithium producer on board to explore and potentially develop the Julimar Nth projects. SQM's expertise and resources in lithium production and exploration are expected to enhance the exploration and development activities of Tambourah Metals.
