Tamron Co. Ltd. announced that Technology Platform Facilitation Group will be abolished. Product Planning & Vender Management Dept. will be newly established Overseas Imaging Products Business Unit will be merged with Imaging Products Business Unit. Overseas Sales Dept. will be newly established in Imaging Products Business Unit. Operations & Field Support Dept. will be reorganized to Operations & Administration Dept. Sales Dept. will be reorganized to Domestic Sales Dept. Logistics Management Center will be abolished.
The company also announced that Hideyuki Nonaka was assigned as Corporate Business Planning & Administration Board effective as of January 1, 2017. He is currently Senior Executive Officer, General Manager and Overseas Imaging Products Business Unit.
