Tata Steel Limited announced that Mr. David W. Crane, Independent Director of the Company has conveyed his intention to step down from the Board of the Company with effect from September 5, 2022. Reason for Resignation: Mr. David W. Crane has stated in his letter that he will be joining the United States Department of Energy as the Director of the Office of Clean Energy Demonstration. The said position requires him to step off from all private sector positions.
