Fundamentals should takeover and the stock could enter into a reversal movement.

Strong fundamentals are highlighted by its Surperformance rating. Revenues and margins are expected to progress of 20% and 36% this year and analyst have largely revised upward their estimations of Sales and EPS for the two coming years. Moreover, the company has beaten the consensus on its Q1 earnings release, a 9.4% rate of surprise concerning sales level and 7.4% higher Q1 EPS compared to the forecasts. Furthermore, the company valuation profile is interesting with a P/E ratio of 14.2 for 2014 estimates.

Technically, after a breakaway gap, due to its better than estimated Q1 results, the stock is now following the consolidation movement of the American markets. Thus, the stock is back to an interesting level as fundamentals should soon takeover this consolidation phase and a rebound movement could begin.

Therefore, it seems opportune to take a long position near the USD 68 area. The target price will be the USD 76.95 resistance. A stop loss will be placed under the entry points in case of a more important correction.
