TeleChoice International Limited wishes to announce that it has been notified in the Government Gazette notification dated today, 29 February 2016, that U Computing Pte. Ltd., its dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiary has been struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the Companies Act, Cap. 50.
The striking-off of U Computing Pte. Ltd. is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of TeleChoice International Limited.
