INCORPORATION OF A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY - PLANET SMART SERVICES PTE. LTD.TeleChoice International Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Planet Smart Services Pte. Ltd. ("PSS"), in the Republic of Singapore (the "Incorporation") on 29 August 2016.
The issued and paid-up capital of PSS is S$1.00, comprising 1 ordinary share of S$1.00 each. The principal activities of PSS are those relating to the provision of infrastructure engineering services, other information technology and computer service activities.
The Incorporation was funded by the Company's internal sources of funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per shares of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Incorporation, other than through their respective shareholding interests in the Company.
