TOWARDS A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: INTRODUCTION OF eFORM WITH BIOMETRIC MYKAD READER

In line with our promise, 'Life and Business Made Easier', while keeping abreast with the current fast-paced technology development, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) has embarked on digitalisation transformation as part of our effort to further enhance our customers' experience when doing business with TM.

Towards this end, TM has introduced the use of eForm with biometric myKad reader to replace the current printed service application forms. The new eForm does not only ensure the accuracy of customers' information, but it is also a more environmentally friendly approach. This initiative is currently being implemented in stages at all TMpoint outlets, as well as TMpoint Authorised Dealers (TAD) outlets and TM authorised resellers nationwide

As an initial phase, the implementation of eForm with biometric myKad reader is applicable for TM services for residential and SME customers.
