Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (LJSE:TLSG) commences share repurchases on January 12, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 18, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 653,547 shares, representing 10% of its issued share capital. The purchase price will not be less than 0.45 times and more than 0.80 times the book value per share. The repurchased shares will be used to replace participating interests in other companies in the scope of implementing its takeover strategy, to sell them off to a strategic partner, and to sale them on the regulated market. All the repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares. The authorization will be valid for 36 months from the day this resolution is adopted. On June 18, 2021, the company had 30,000 own shares.
