- Changes within the managing bodies of the company:
Releasing Lyubomir Minchev and Boris Nemsic as members of the Supervisory Board and electing Wolfgang Werner Friedrich Ebermann as an independent member and Ivo Evgeniev as a member of the Supervisory Board within its current mandate, i.e. until 28 August 2027
- Determination of the remuneration to the newly elected members of the Supervisory Board
- Determination of the guarantee for the management to the newly elected members of the Supervisory Board
