Teleplan NV : Annual Shareholder Meeting re-appoints Chief Financial Officer

Gotthard Haug, Chief Executive Officer, Jan Piet Valk, Chief Financial Officer

Schiphol/Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 22 May 2015 - The annual shareholders meeting of Teleplan International N.V. held in Amsterdam, re-appointed Jan Piet Valk as Chief Financial Officer for a further period of four years. Teleplan's Management Board consists of Gotthard Haug (CEO) and Jan Piet Valk (CFO).

Gotthard Haug (56) has been member of Teleplan's Management Board since 2004 and became CEO in May 2009. Prior to this he served as CFO at Wal Mart Germany. Previously he has held several international finance and controlling functions at companies such as Mars and Agfa, working at locations in Europe and Asia.

Teleplan's CFO Jan Piet Valk (55) joined Teleplan in September 2011. Prior to joining Teleplan Mr. Valk served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board of Logica Benelux. Before Logica, he held several senior financial management functions at multinational companies such as Royal Dutch Shell.

The company's Executive Leadership Team is further composed of three Regional Presidents each leading their respective region. Jack Rockwood, Regional President North America is with the company since 1996; Charles Stewardson, Regional President EMEA region joined Teleplan in 2014 and Simon Mallitte is the latest addition to the Executive team who has joined the company in May 2015 as Regional President for the APAC region.
