Témpore Properties SOCIMI, S.A. agreed to acquire 173 residential property in the city of Castellón from Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Banco Santander, S.A..

Témpore Properties SOCIMI, S.A. (BME:YTEM) agreed to acquire 173 residential property in the city of Castellón from Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Banco Santander, S.A. (BME:SAN) on March 10, 2020. In a separate transaction, Témpore Properties SOCIMI, S.A. (BME:YTEM) agreed to acquire a portfolio of 184 residential dwellings and associated parking and storage units from Sareb. The combined purchase price of the two acquisitions is €40.8 million.

The transaction is occurring in two stages, the first of which is already complete, and is expected to close in full at the end of the month.
