Appointment within TERACT's Executive Committee

As of 1 July 2023, Vincent Avignon will take over as TERACT's Deputy General Manager Garden Centre - Pet Retail. This means that as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Vincent Avignon is broadening his scope of activity to include the support functions that until now have been managed by Frédéric Jacquot, Deputy General Manager in charge of the Offering, Marketing, Communication and Digital activity, as well as the Supply Chain which until now has been overseen by Guillaume Darrasse.

Having reached an agreement with TERACT's Management Team, Frédéric Jacquot will leave the company as of 30 June 2023.
