Framework agreement for the supply of 22,000 IPV4 addresses as part of the continuing activities

of network assets enhancement

Cagliari, September 30th, 2022

Tiscali S.p.A. informs that it has been awarded the beauty contest, called by one of the leading national wholesale operators, for the supply of approximately 22,000 IPV4 addresses needed to meet the contractor's new user provisioning needs within its offer.

The signing of the framework contract governing the terms and conditions for the supply of IPV4 addresses was finalized today. The contact includes confidentiality clauses in line with agreements of this nature.

The contract is part of the network asset enhancement activities that Tiscali has initiated following the approval of its business plan which includes, in addition to the creation of a dedicated business unit, the development of a series of synergies with the invested companies involved in the recently announced acquisitions. In execution of this initiative, Tiscali also signed an agreement in August 2022 to sell a batch of more than 300,000 IPV4 addresses to one of the world's largest internet companies. The combined value of the two deals to supply and sell IPV4 addresses was approximately €17.6 million.

As of today, Tiscali has a capillary backbone network, consisting of 4 fiber rings in IRU covering the national territory and the related city terminations, two submarine cable structures connecting Sardinia and Civitavecchia and Sardinia and Sicily, owned through the Janna consortium of which Tiscali is a partner, a proprietary data center located in Cagliari, as well as about 1.3 million IPV4 addresses.
