TH Plantations Berhad announced the cessation of Encik Muzmi Bin Mohamed from the Office of Chief Executive Officer, effective from September 30, 2021. Reason for change is by virtue of the expiry of the contract of service as the Chief Executive Officer of TH Plantations Berhad.

TH Plantations Berhad (THP) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the business of oil palm cultivation. The Company is also engaged in processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB), marketing of crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernel (PK) and FFB. The Company segments include Oil palm plantations and Forestry. The Oil palm plantations segment Includes cultivation of oil palm, processing of FFB, marketing of CPO, PK and FFB. The Forestry segment is engaged in the harvesting of rubberwood. The Company owns approximately 38 estates and six mills in the states of Terengganu, Pahang, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah and Sarawak in Malaysia as well as in Indonesia. The Companyâs subsidiaries include THP Ibok Sdn. Bhd., THP Sabaco Sdn. Bhd., THP Bukit Belian Sdn. Bhd., THP Kota Bahagia Sdn. Bhd., THP Agro Management Sdn. Bhd., Maju Warisanmas Sdn. Bhd., Hydroflow Sdn. Bhd. and Bumi Suria Ventures Sdn. Bhd.
