BOARD MEETING OTHER THAN FINANCIAL RESULTS
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Thal Limited (the Company) will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 16:30 Pakistan Standard Time to consider the annual budget for fiscal year 2023-24.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from June 21, 2023 to July 03, 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any matter during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange accordingly.

The Companyâs packaging, building material & allied products segment comprises: Jute Division, Packaging Division, and Laminates Division. The Laminates division operates under the brand name Formite in the engineered surface industry offering technical laminates and laminated boards.
