Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited announced that at the board of director's meeting held on February 24, 2014, considered and approved the Ordinary and preferred dividend of THB 1.00 per share or THB 1,206,479,703 payable on April 30, 2014.

At the meeting of board of directors, the company also announced the resignation of Mrs. Puntip Surathin as member of board of director effective February 25, 2014.
