An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 49% stake in Thang Long Mekong Ready-Mix Concrete Company Limited from Thang Long Joint Stock Corporation (HNX:TTL) for VND 13.17 billion on February 20, 2023. The board of directors of Thang Long Joint Stock Corporation approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close by first quarter of 2023.
