FPCCI leaders on Tuesday expressed heartfeltly condolence over the sudden and sad demise of active member of the FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Insurance Salim Nawaz who died due to coronavirus infection.

The deceased was aknown banking and insurance professional who served on important positions in Afghanistan International Bank, Bank of Punjab, Soneri Bank, and a number of local and multinational insurance companies.

An online condolence meeting was held in which the contributions of Salim Nawaz were discussed and rich tributes were paid to him.

FPCCI's Businessmen Panel SVP and President Pakistan Businessmen and Intellectuals Forum Mian Zahid Hussain, Convener FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Insurance Dr. Murtaza Mughal, Qazi Asif Saeed, Altamash Malik, and others participated in the meeting.

The participants said that sudden death of Salim Nawaz was very shocking and an irreparable loss which will be felt for decades.

He was a thorough professional, a mentor, a gentleman having incomparable skills in product development, marketing, systems development, training, re-engineering, and operations while has also launched a number of new products while working in different companies.
