On August 10, 2023, Julia M. Brown informed The Honest Company, Inc. of her resignation as a member of the board of directors of the company (the board) and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective September 27, 2023. Ms. Brown?s resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company?s operations, policies or practices.
