Resignation of Director

Consistent with the Company's announcement of his resignation as CEO in March, The Reject Shop advises Chris Bryce resigns as a Director of The Reject Shop Limited effective immediately.
The Board advises that the day to day operations over the past 3 months continue to focus on the key initiatives outlined in the market update in February.
The Company also advises the search for his replacement is proceeding well and the Company will update the market when an appointment is made.
