Tel Aviv, June 7, 2021 - Management of Beyon3D opened trading this morning in celebration of its IPO on TASE.
Beyon3D is one of the 51 new companies that listed on TASE since the beginning of 2021, raising approximately NIS 5.9 billion in aggregate, of which 33 are companies from all fields of the high-tech sector.
The company is included in TASE's Robotics & 3D Subsector launched on June 1, 2021. The new subsector comprises 9 companies that are engaged in the development, marketing and production of robotic systems, automation systems or 3D printers.
Founded in 2011, Beyon3D utilizes its groundbreaking robotics technology manufacturing technology to enable the scalable production of a new generation of concrete building products to the market, for a wide spectrum of building projects and client needs. The technology of the company significantly reduces construction costs compared to the common traditional methods.
The company is currently pursuing a joint venture with Ciment, a subsidiary of Israel Shipyards and a leading Israeli manufacturer and supplier of cement products, for the establishment of a first plant in the Port of Haifa utilizing the technology of the company. The agreement between the company and Ciment also provides for the joint establishment of at least 25 more concrete building products plants in Israel and overseas by 2028. A patent of the company is registered in several countries in the Far East and pending in the United States and Canada.
The company raised NIS 41 million in a book building IPO of units comprising shares and 2 series of warrants to institutional investors and in a Dutch auction to the public, based on a company value of NIS 216 million.
At the end of trading on August 5, 2021, the shares of the company are expected to join TASE's TA-Growth, TA Tech-Elite, TA-Global BlueTech, TA-Technology and TA-Industrials indices, under the new companies' fast-track entrance.
