	The Stock Exchange of Thailand

THAI SETAKIJ INSURANCE PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED ("the Company)" had issued and offered the ordinary shares by initial public offering (IPO) on October 9, 2019 totaling 821,158,774 shares at THB 0.50 per share. The proceeds of such capital had increased the amount to 408,279,387 Baht after deducting the related expenditures. The use of such capital increase as at 31 December 2 0 2 1 was reported on 10 January 2022 and the balance was 100 million baht.

The Company would like to inform the fund utilization as of 1 January 2022 - 30 June 2022 as follows:
