«Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (ThPA S.A.) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2024, in accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1&2 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook as follows:

Release of the annual financial statements for the financial year 2023: Wednesday, April 17^th, 2024.

The Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2023 will be available on the CompanyΆs website www.thpa.gr and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange www.athexgroup.gr

Analyst Day, presentation of the Company's financial results to analysts: Thursday, April 18^th, 2024.
Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Friday, May 10^th, 2024.
Ex-dividend date: Tuesday, May 14^th, 2024.
Dividend beneficiaries for the financial year 2023 - "Record date": Wednesday, May 15^th, 2024.
Dividend payment date will start on: Monday, May 20^th, 2024.

The Company will issue an updated announcement on the dividend payment procedure.

Thessaloniki Port Authority SA is a Greece-based company involved in the management and operation of Thessaloniki port. Its facilities include a conventional port, container terminal, passenger terminal, duty free commercial area and others. Services provided include unitized and conventional cargoes, coastal shipping and cruise liner passengers, ship anchoring, mooring and berthing, as well as car parking lots and links with the road and railway network.
