Thirani Projects Limited announced that at its board at its meeting held on November 8, 2018 has approved the resignation of Mr. Prabir Das, Managing Director of the company from the Directorship and subsequently ceased to be the member or chairperson of the all the committees of Directors, effective November 9, 2018.
