Tianjin Port Development Holdings Appoints Zhang Weidong as Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman and Member of the Nomination Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Zhang Weidong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman and a member of the nomination committee, a member of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 28 June 2012. Mr. Zhang is the deputy chief executive officer of OP Financial Investments Limited. He is also the general manager of Jin Dou Development Fund, L.P. and a partner of Oriental Patron Financial Group primarily responsible for private equity investments.
