Beijing Jingcheng Zhitong Robot Technology Co., Ltd. signed the equity transfer agreement to acquire remaining 5% stake in Langfang Zhitong Robot System Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Saixiang Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002337) for CNY 20 million on December 17, 2020. After the transfer is completed, Beijing Jingcheng Zhitong Robot Technology Co., Ltd. will hold 100% of the equity of Langfang Zhitong Robot System Co., Ltd. As of September 30, 2020, Langfang Zhitong Robot System Co., Ltd. has total assets of CNY 367.3 million and net assets of CNY 156.9 million. The transaction was approved in the twelfth meeting of the seventh board of directors of Tianjin Saixiang Technology Co.,Ltd.
