Uniforce Co., Ltd. announced that it has raised ¥ 530 million in an equity round of funding on August 16, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investors, TKP Corporation, AGS Consulting Co., Ltd., CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd., MS Startup Support Fund, L.P., Iceblue Fund LLP, 90s1 Fund L.P., returning investors, Vector HOLDINGS Inc., AirTrip Corp., MS HAYATE No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, managed by Hayate Investment Co., Ltd. and 14 other investors.
The company issued shares through third party allocation method.
TKP Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in space regeneration distribution business by utilizing idle real estate.
