NTT Global Data Centers NAV2 Private Limited. announced that it will receive INR 10,285,000,000 in an equity round of funding on March 17, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Tokyo Century Corporation. Post completion of the transaction, the investor will hold 99.9% stake in the company. The transaction is expected to close on March 25, 2021.
