Tong Hsing Electronic Industries, Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 3,434.584 million compared to TWD 2,062.653 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 808.340 million compared to TWD 397.384 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 628.336 million compared to TWD 297.803 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.52 compared to TWD 1.7 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.51 compared to TWD 1.7 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was TWD 6,575.846 million. Operating income was TWD 1,366.659 million. Net income was TWD 1,107.459 million. Basic earnings per share was TWD 6.21. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 6.18.
Tong Hsing Electronic Industries Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of ceramic circuit boards and image products. The Company's main products include power amplifier modules, ceramic heat sink substrates, hybrid integrated circuits, wafer reorganization, wafer testing, micro display modules, and others. High-frequency wireless communication modules are mainly used in mobile phones, wireless local area networks. The hybrid body circuit mainly uses ceramic circuit boards for the product assembly process, which is divided into thick film and thin film technologies. The ceramic circuit boards are mainly used in aviation, automotive, and medical fields. The imaging products are mainly used in digital cameras, digital cameras, mobile phones and tablet computers.
