Description of the Disclosure
On March 17, 2022, Top Frontier Investment Holdings, Inc. (the "Corporation") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission via Online Submission Tool ("SEC-OST") the 2nd Amended 2021 General Information Sheet ("2nd Amended 2021 GIS") of the Corporation reflecting: (i) the change in pages 1 and 4 relating to the election of Gen. Ricardo C. Marquez during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors on March 10, 2022 as independent director of the Corporation, to fill-up the vacancy left in the Board in view of the demise of Justice Minita V. Chico-Nazario on February 16, 2022; and (ii) the correction in the number of officers and total manpower complement on page 8 which was inadvertently reduced when we reported the demise of Justice Nazario. The 2nd Amended 2021 GIS was approved by the SEC-OST on even date. A copy of the 2nd Amended 2021 GIS of the Corporation is hereto attached for posting on the PSE Edge Portal.
