On April 17, 2020, Spencer Wells notified Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. of his resignation as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors the Board’s Audit Committee. The resignation of Mr. Wells is effective immediately, and was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
