Townsquare provided earnings guidance for the Second Quarter 2021. In the second quarter of 2021, the company expects net revenue to increase approximately 36% to 40%, to be between $101 million and $104 million. As compared to the second quarter of 2019, which believe is a more relevant comparison, this represents a decline of 8% to 11%.
