Under the terms and for the purposes of Item Five of the call notice, it is proposed to ratify the appointment, by co-option, of Tom Fux and Kiyohito Morimoto to the positions of Member of the Board of Directors, considering the resignations presented by Matthew Peter Harrison and Katsutoshi Nishimoto.
