Fundación Excepcionales supports and champions children with Down syndrome, from birth, through the schooling system, providing comprehensive development programmes, committed to the inclusion of children and young people with Down syndrome into mainstream education,

in Chile. Four ICAP Charity Days, via the Santiago Office, have funded Fundación Excepcionales over four years. As a result, the Foundation has improved its infrastructure, providing better facilities for 50 children immediately, and more in the long term, with three full scholarships awarded.

Six donations from ICAP Charity Days in Bogota, since 2017, have supported Artistas Fútbol Club Fundación. This funding has assisted the charity, run by famous football players, to deliver programmes to uplift the wellbeing of the local community through sport, benefitting 1,500 people.

"The charity day helped them transform the lives of children, youth and adults through football."

Four donations from the Bogota office, since 2013, have supported the charity in projects focused on transforming communities and promoting the construction of a social fabric, especially with children, adolescents and women from vulnerable sectors.

"We develop skills for life in children, young people and their parents through play, sports and female empowerment."

ICAP Charity Day support has benefitted 70 individuals.

The Mexico office has made six donations to this school which is dedicated to supporting local girls and their families, especially those with limited resources. Four full scholarships have been funded by ICAP Charity Days.

"When you give education to a rural girl, you change the student and her family's life for generations."

One small charity funded was United for Colombia, with an income of less than £100,000. The four donations from the Bogota Office provided 10 landmine survivors with prosthetic limbs. Additionally, during the pandemic, the foundation supported 115 of its most vulnerable people.

Fundación Excepcionales

Three ICAP Charity Day donations from the Mexico office enabled Casa Hogar Alegria to support vulnerable girls with

a home and education. It currently shelters 200 beneficiaries in four locations.

Casa do Zezinho has supported the Parque Santo Antonio community for 22 years. This region has the highest rate of violence in the city of São Paulo. Support from ICAP Charity Days has enabled the charity to continue to operate its projects and ultimately expand its programme reach supporting the local community. Specifically, funds from the ICAP Charity Day have enabled the charity's house to receive more than 1,000 at-risk young people over one year, achieving its goal to reach more beneficiaries requiring help.
