With reference to TQR Public Company Limited ("TQR")'s initial public offering ("IPO"), in the amount of 60,000,000 shares at 5.10 Baht per share at par value of 0.50 Baht, offered to Persons at the underwriters' discretions, Institutional investors, The Company's patronage, Directors, Executives, and Employees. TQR received net proceeds, after the deduction of expenses related to IPO, in the amount of 295.7 million baht.

TQR reports the utilization of proceeds as of 30 June 2022 as follows:
