TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY hereby announces that FY23 financial results will be released, according to the following schedule:

• Tuesday 12.03.2024, FY23 results will be available on the Company's website (www.trade-estates.com) and the Hellenic Exchanges website (www.athexgroup.gr), after market close.
• Wednesday 13.03.2024 at 9:30 (Athens time), presentation of FY23 results to the Greek Institutional Investors Association. The presentation will take place in Athens Stock Exchange premises (110 Athinon Avenue).
• Thursday 14.03.2024 at 17:30 (Athens time), a conference call has been scheduled for the presentation of FY23 Financial Results to the analysts, sell side and the investment community.
